Chris Brown's new album excludes Rihanna duet

  • Chris Brown recorded a track with Rihanna for his new album

  • Chris has now rejected the collaboration from his new record
R&B star Chris Brown has been working on his new album for sometime now and he recorded a track with Rihanna, which was set to be on the new record. However, the two have since split and it seems that Chris has decided to leave the Rihanna duet off of the album.

A supposed insider told HollywoodLife, "Just saw the working tracklist for X yesterday - Rihanna is not on there. Record execs wanted that song on there, but Chris said he would rather not and wouldn't allow the record to be released unless they took it off."
He added, "They're still hoping to convince Chris or pay him more to change his mind because it would be a hit. The record hasn't been pressed yet, so things can change, but at this point he's not changing his mind."

Chris Brown and Rihanna recorded the track Put it Up together for his upcoming new album X but now, since the two have parted ways, the track is no longer needed. Meanwhile, Chris Brown is believed to have reconciled with former flame Karrueche Tran, after a picture of the couple was posted on Instagram.
