A source confirms to E! News that the proud parents-to-be have not only purchased a pad in Bel Air, Calif., with that pretty price tag, but they're also in the midst of renovating it too. No doubt with a little rugrat in mind.
The future family's humble abode will reportedly feature such amenities as a gym, a movie theater, a basketball court and a full-on hair and makeup salon.
